My sales adviser Gerald, was really nice and kept me mostly informed of the progress of my purchase. Drove 4 hours to get there to collect my car and was offered refreshments upon arrival. Parking is very limited and it was slightly confusing where to go and how to get into the actual building.Sale went fairly smoothly and I think everything was explained to me. Quite happy with the deal I got and loving the complimentary shopping bags!! Car going well so far, but do miss the comfortable seat in my old Astra! Can't really fault my new Grandland X Ultimate otherwise though! Would definitely look these guys up again in the future. Thanks for everything!

Went with my wife to collect her car after a service. Clean and tidy though service receptionist concentrated too much on a telephone caller who wasn't happy... and left us standing unattended to for rather too long.
Bought a car a year ago and was promised 2 free services by my salesman. Arrived at Arnold Clark today for said service and was told there was 'no record or evidence of the complimentary services', refused to pay the extortionate up front fee. Would have taken out the service plan had I known, absolute joke now have to fork out for a service elsewhere after thinking I didn't need to worry about paying for one. Won't buy from here again and would not recommend after this.
