Jamie dealt with my 4 tyre change and he agreed the price and package offer then ordered the tyres and I selected a date. It was very simple but effective. It took just over an hour and I was sorted. Thank you Kwik Fit Milngavie.
Went in on a busy day and was told it would be 1 & 1/2 hours for a balance/ alignment which was totally fine given the work load. Went back 3 hours later, having heard nothing, to find the car sitting running with the heater on and windows open whilst the staff were round the side of the business having a smoke. Only the balancing had been done, so I queried the timing and was given a pretty rude reply about not knowing how long it would take until he looked at it all... then why say a time at all?Have also been in once before and a different member of staff was rude and tried to aggressively upsell whilst saying I was wrong about the subject matter. Not sure why I went back, or even in the first place. TLDR: late, rude, wasting fuel, damaging environment.
James was excellent I was slightly late for my appointment but was no problem he called me approximately 30 mins after I dropped my car off with my result
Had a wee wait cause they where really busy , but friendly, polite and courteous staff. Zouse said floors hard
First time here and will definitely be returning! Made an appointment for a tyre change at 5p.m turned up at 16.45 and they got straight onto my car and had it back within 20 minutes! Top service, would definitely recommend.
