Its a pity I even had to press one star. This horrible condescending man who I thought would help me with a property issue has zero customer service. His attitude towards potential clients is disgusting. He comes across as someone who has superiority complex. Basically shooed me out of his office and said I'm too busy after I dropped some paperwork that he requested. I apologised and stepped outside but went back in and took my papers out his office and said that I don't want to waste his time or my own. He then said I shouldn't just walk off the street without an appointment even though I had called ahead. I informed him that his customer service is zero. Obviously I had to contain myself but the colourful language was crying to come out. I'm so glad I found out what kind of person he is before employing him. Use your own judgement
